Domaine Paul Blanck & Fils 2010, Patergarten Pinot Gris.This Pinot Gris vintage is grown in the Kaysersberg valley in very stony soil. The vines benefit from the microclimate, generally resulting in early maturity for the grapes, ande the wines live up to their terrois, very fruity and precocious. The color is golden with aromas of old rose petals, roasted pineapple and quince jelly. To be enjoyed with a scallop risotto, while listening to "Vieni via con me" by Paulo Conte.
