Palate: Fine, ripe and smoky, lovely as it is.
A delicious mouthful, with good length.

This fine Pinot Noir goes wonderfully with veal Mignon prepared with salt fleur, embellished with a subtly spiced gravy and some celery purйe.
Thanks to its freshness, fruitiness and finesse it is equally irresistible on its own.
