Paul Blanck Pinot Blanc 2016 Very pale straw-gold hue; lovely, subtle melding of roasted lemon, spiced pear, ginger and quince, with notes of hay, heather, dried thyme; very dry, lithe and supple on the palate, animated by brisk acidity; layers of limestone from mid-palate back through the finish. Quite charming, loads of personality. Excellent.
